My Dream:

Becoming a Pastry chef is all I aspire. Baking relieves my stress. Baking takes a lot of patience and concentration, a steady hand is also a plus. Not only do you use your creative side but you get to sit back and enjoy your Pastry art. There is so many possibilities. So many ideas that haven't been made.
