2 thing I do differently with my Cheesecake Mix. ONE: No Butter
TWO: I separate my egg whites & yolk (Add the yolk & mix in well before hand) - in a separate bowl beat JUST the egg whites before you add it to the mix.
It will truly give your cheesecake a light fluffy texture, which is SO much better!
